Product Description
Insulation Pipe is NBR/PVC closed cell, flexible elastomeric tube insulation. It is used to conserve energy and prevent condensation on piping applications. Insulation pipe is widely used for its cold weather flexibility, durable skin surface and lasting performance. It is environment friendly as free of CFCs, formaldehyde and fibers.
Insulation tube is used to retard heat gain and prevent condensation or frost formation on below-ambient applications, including refrigeration line, HVAC systems, cold water piping, chilled water pipes, and industrial process lines. It can retard heat loss from medium hot systems, including hot water plumbing, liquid heating, dual temperature, and solar thermal piping.
Our insulation pipe is available in a range of wall thickness from 1/4” to 2”, and diameter from 1/4” to 4-1/8”. The insulation tube in diameter up to 2” is 25/50 rated (flame spread rating of 25 or less and smoke development rating of 50 or less) according to ASTM E84 standard (Surface Burning Characteristics of Building Materials). Insulation tube is available in color of Black, Green, Blue and Red.
