Product Description
Degreased copper fittings are manufactured under EN 1254-1 or ASME B16.22 standard in accordance with CGA G4.1 request. They are individually cleaned and bagged, exclusively designed for Medical Gas Pipeline Systems (MGPS) and suitable for jointing degreased medical gas copper tube pipelines compliant to EN 13348 standard or ASTM B819 standard.
The copper fittings are cleaned in hot detergent solution to assure adequate cleaning. And hot water rinse is used to remove the cleaning solution and aid in the drying process. And then the fittings are dried with the aid of a blow dryer free of oils.
Material
The copper pipe fittings are made from material in compliance with C12200 (Cu-DHP) alloy, with copper content more than 99.90% and with phosphorous range of 0.015% to 0.040%
