Degreased copper tube is manufactured under EN 13348 standard. It is designed for use in medical gas pipeline system installations (medical gas supply, medical suction, gas supply to surgical tools). It is suitable for jointing degreased medical gas copper fittings and other medical gas equipment. Straight tubes and copper coils are available for degreased copper tube.
Material
The copper tubes are made from material in compliance with Cu-DHP alloy, with copper content more than 99.90% and with phosphorous range of 0.015% to 0.040%
Key Feature
Each copper tube shall be degreased and cleaned to have a maximum carbon level 0.020g/m²
Each copper pipe is individually end capped to maintain internal cleanliness, and then bundled and wrapped in plastic for maximum protection
All copper tubes from sizes 8mm through to 54mm are permanently ink marked with the information: manufacturer name, nominal dimensions, temper, MED, EN 13348
Temper R220 (soft), R250 (half hard) and R290 (hard) are available
