Applications
Flare end refrigerant copper line set is suitable for ductless mini-split air conditioner systems, VRF commercial air conditioner systems, AC & heat pump. The refrigerant copper line set is with flaring and nuts on each end of copper tubing for easy connection during installation. The copper tubing is in C12200 alloy, with copper content more than 99.90% and manufactured according to ASTM B280 standard. And the insulation tube conforms to ASTM E84 (25/50). Ink marking every foot in the insulation tube makes the size specification, standard and length distinguished easily. Our flare end refrigerant copper line set is available from 10 feet to 100 feet.
Material
Copper Tubing:
C12200 alloy, with copper content more than 99.90% and with phosphorous range of 0.015% to 0.040%, conforms to ASTM B280 standard. Copper tubing is fully annealed to the soft temper. All copper tube end flared and nut and sealed to keep inside clean and dry.
Polyethylene foam insulation tube:
Light weight and low-density cross-linked polyethylene foam, tear resistant, designed for insulating cooling and heating lines. Conforms to ASTM E84 (25/50), UL 723, UL 94 standard with thermal conductivity (K value) 0.263 Btu•in/ft2•h•F (0.038 W/m•K) at mean temperature 104°F (40°C)

Elastomeric insulation tube:
Flexible and closed cell elastomeric material designed for insulating cooling and heating lines. Conforms to ASTM C534, ASTM E84 (25/50) standard, with thermal conductivity (K value) 0.25Btu•in/ft2•h•F (0.036 W/m•K) at mean temperature 75°F (24°C)
Color: Black, Red, Blue, Green
