Applications
Plain end refrigerant copper line set is used in applications such as ductless mini-split air conditioner systems, VRF commercial air conditioner systems and AC & heat pump. It is constructed of seamless soft annealed copper tubing and Elastomeric Insulation tube (or tear resistant polyethylene foam insulation tube). The refrigerant copper line set is available as single and pair (twin) coil. Copper tubing in pancake coils are available as liquid line to combine with suction line set. The copper tubing is manufactured according to ASTM B280 standard. Ink marking every foot in the insulation tube makes the size specification, standard and length distinguished easily. Our plain end refrigerant copper line set is available from 10 feet to 150 feet.
Material
Copper Tube:
C12200 alloy, with copper content more than 99.90% and with phosphorous range of 0.015% to 0.040%, conforms to ASTM B280 standard. The copper tube is fully annealed to the soft temper. All copper tube end capped to keep inside clean and dry.
Polyethylene foam insulation tube:
Light weight and low-density cross-linked polyethylene foam, tear resistant, designed for insulating cooling and heating lines. Conforms to ASTM E84 (25/50), UL 723, UL 94 standard with thermal conductivity (K value) 0.263 Btu•in/ft2•h•F (0.038 W/m•K) at mean temperature 104°F (40°C)

Elastomeric insulation tube:
Flexible and closed cell elastomeric material designed for insulating cooling and heating lines. Conforms to ASTM C534, ASTM E84 (25/50) standard, with thermal conductivity (K value) 0.25Btu•in/ft2•h•F (0.036 W/m•K) at mean temperature 75°F (24°C)
